included the 2,000 unit Master Planned Golf Community
Vista Del
Verde in Yorba Linda CA
- As
the co-founder of FeeBuilders, Mr. Flores understands
homebuilding from
the perspective of a principal builder.
- Prior
to starting his own development company, Mr. Flores
co-founded the Southern California Division for Toll
Brothers (NYSE:
TOL), a large National Homebuilder and Land Developer
specializing in luxury housing. Prior to Toll Brothers,
Mr. Flores worked for Brighton Homes, a Homebuilding
and Land Development company owned by George Argyros.
During his six year tenure working for Mr. Argyros,
Mr. Flores was exposed to a wide variety of real estate
transactions
that provided him a solid foundation in contributing
to the success of Toll Brothers expansion into
Southern California.
